OCTOBER 21 , 1974 �t; ° i <br /> Clerk Burkard reported on the following: <br /> Ed Leroux may want to go to Assessors School again this year as <br /> they didn't open filing in time. <br /> Luvern Johnson from the League of Municipalitier will be in Hugo October 31 , <br /> to ansewer any questions aa.yone might have. <br /> Clerk Burkard is to draft a resolution endorsing the Roseville Resolution <br /> to the Rice Creek Watershed Board. <br /> Tree Inspector Gerald Beach's contract is signed and in force. <br /> The Clerk's office received payment from the insurance company for the <br /> damaged water heydrant. <br /> Howard mentioned the Rice Creek Watershed people would like a meeting with <br /> council on the Horesshoe Lake and other problems. The Clerk's office is to <br /> notify Mr. Hamilton of the Watershed Board they are invited to the next <br /> council meeting on November 4th. <br /> Howard also mentioned he would like people to hold off connecting to the <br /> sewer until November 15, 1974. <br /> Mayor Lease said a letter had been sent to the White Bear Rod & Gun Club <br /> from the EQC requesting any progress on the property be halted until the Envi <br /> ronmental Assessment has been evaluated by the EQC. Apparently the club had <br /> started to move dirt and cut trees. Attorney Johnson said during. . the Assess- <br /> ment stage they could progress, but under the Impact stage, progress must <br /> be halted. <br /> Motion made by Lease, seconded by Leroux to adjourn at 10:15 PM.
