Motion Failed. <br /> Mayor Lease suggested that the last Planning Commission member be appointed <br /> at the next Council meeting on January 20, after further information is <br /> obtained on the two proposed candidates. <br /> Possible candidates for the Special Re-zoning Request Committee: Bob <br /> Rosenquist or Dan Spitzer from the Planning Commission. Member at large, <br /> Lynn Carlson. If Carlson does not accept, Bob Waller would serve on the <br /> Committee. LaValle agreed to serve on committee representing the City <br /> Council. <br /> Lease appointed James Smith on Ordinance Committee. Lease appointed <br /> Howard Schletty to Streets and Roads Lease appointed LaValle to 1 . Phase <br /> out sewer/utility program 2. Follow through on Schuman Junk Yard. 3. Procure <br /> information on new accounting systems. <br /> Lease appointed Leroux to serve on the Planning Commission,. <br /> Smith made motion to extend meeting beyond 11 :00 P.M. Leroux seconded. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Lease made motion to appoint Lease and Leroux to serve on the Board of <br /> Health. Schletty seconded the motion. Motion Carried. <br /> LaValle commented that during the lastsnow storm, numerous cars were left <br /> on the roads making it difficult for snow removal. Suggested a news item <br /> should be in the White Bear Press and the Forest Lake Times calling <br /> attention to the residents of Hugo that all cars should be removed from all <br /> streets during and after a snow storm. <br /> Robert E.
