The <br /> cost of the power pole to be the Fire Department responsibility. An adjust- <br /> ed budget plan to be submitted to the Council. Motion Carried. <br /> Marvin Rehbein Contracting, Inc. requested t1a t the City of Hugo release the <br /> three performance bonds of $3,000.00 each. It was stated that one of the <br /> conditions of the permit was that all top soil in the pit area shall be <br /> stockpiled, and at the time the operation is completed, the top soil shall <br /> be replaced and seeded to grass cover. With this aondition not being met, <br /> it was decided to hold the bonds until Spring when an inspection can be made. <br /> The Clerks office is to notify the contracting company. <br /> LaValle made motion to adopt Ordinance No. 121 , An Ordinance Amending Chapter <br /> 314 of the Hugo City Code, entitled "Water System". Schletty seconded. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> The Clerks office and the engineet will get together on the Barton Mining <br /> Permit and a copy of the Permit will be sent for the signatures. <br /> The Deputy Clerk will write a letter to the White Bear Township Board re- <br /> garding a proposed three way stop at the intersection of Falcon Ave., <br /> 120th St. and Hugo Road. Ramsey County has taken no action on this. <br /> Lease asked Clerk Burkard to check around for the best possible interest <br /> rates on CD's. <br /> Clerk Burkard reported the financial report will be ready for posting by <br /> February 15, 1975. <br /> LaValle made motion, seconded by Leroux, to post the financial report in the <br /> following three prominent places; Hugo Bank, Post Office and City Hall. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Leroux made motion, Smith seconded, to invest monies of $1427.72 Special <br /> Park Fund and $2,214.76 Revenue Sharing in C.D. 's. Motion Carried. <br /> LaValle made motion, Smith seconded, to hire Insty-Print to print the <br /> twenty-five (25) copies of the Hugo City Code on punch paper, at a cost <br /> of $675.00 or $27.00 per copy. Motion Carried. <br /> Don Kalsnes to be contacted regarding the leak in the roof in the Fire Hall <br /> and Police Office. <br /> Lease called recess at 10:30. Meeting called back to order at 10:37. <br /> Applications for re-zoning for the Special Re-Zoning Committee to be made• up. <br /> Motion made by LaValle to approve the installation of a:.light at 140th. West <br /> and Forest Blvd., adjacent to the railroad tracks. All those in favor: None. <br /> Those oppose, Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. Motion Denied. <br /> Mayor Lease pointed out that a letter be sent to Mr. Ray Peltier stating the <br /> cost of a light would amount to $50.00 a year and that to service only one <br /> building was not feasible. Security lights are available to individual partieE <br /> by contacting Northern States Power. <br />
