MOTION: LaValle made motion, Smith seconded, to grant a Variance <br /> Application to Norman Rogstad, changing "lawful" to <br /> "unlawful", kenneling of two (2) more dogs to six (6) <br /> more dogs and five years to one year as stated in the <br /> Planning Commission Report as of March 12, 1975. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 20. MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Leroux to extend meeting <br /> beyond 11 :00 P.M. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 21 . Hugo Lions Club <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Smith to accept the Hugo <br /> Lions Club proposal concerning the ballfield in the South- <br /> west corner of the City Park of a total expense of $1 ,180.00 <br /> that the City will participate in a maximum of $590.00 and <br /> the Lions Club will participate in the amount of $590.00 <br /> plus any additional cost as may occur. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 22. MOTION: Lease made motion, Leroux seconded that the amount of <br /> $590.00 to use for the ballfield, be out of the Park <br /> Revenue Sharing Fund. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 23. MOTION: LaValle made motion, Leroux seconded, that the direct <br /> payment be made from the City of Hugo, and when the <br /> $590.00 is paid to the City, from the Lions Club, the <br /> City Clerk will have the authorization to order the benches. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Grace Development Company after requesting proposed changes; it was suggest- <br /> ed by the Mayor to have the Grace Development Company contact its engineer <br /> and draw up a new plan that would be up to date and at that time the City <br /> could act on it. The City would not have the City Engineer do any more work <br /> on the development as enough money has been spent on the project. <br />
