Schletty emphasized again that it is a problem area. VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Schletty, & Smith. VOTING AGAINST: Leroux MOTION CARRIED Recess was called at 9:12. Meeting called back to order at 9:25. 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Bayless problem: MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded, to remove negotiation fee limit of $1 ,200.00 for settlement of the Bayless problem. VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith & Schletty. MOTION CARRIED Wenzel Subdivision - Applications received late, Attorney Johnson to report at next meeting of May 5, 1975. Sunset Lake - Lease to draft letter with Kuusisto on the study of Sunset Lake and to inform people. STREET & STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS - PUBLIC HEARING MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to set up Public Hearing on May 21 or 22 at the Hugo Elementary School at 8:00 to discuss the street restoration and or new construction of storm sewers curb and gutter. VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith & Schletty. MOTION CARRIED Washington County Manpower MOTION: Lease made motion to have clerks office write a letter to Bruce Larson, Wahsington County Manpower Coordinator stating the City of Hugo is interested and if Hugo is qualified and enclose the job description presented by Smith. Schletty suggested to eliminate sewer and water in description. Lease suggested to eliminate animal warden. LaValle seconded with corrections.
