INC. MINING PERMIT RENEWAL <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to renew <br /> Bur-Lar Mining Permit with annual inspection fee <br /> in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) . <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 NOACK AUTO DISMANTLING JUNKYARD <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded to issue Auto <br /> Dismantling Junkyard License to Leonard M. Noack for <br /> one year. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.1 ORDINANCE COMMITTEE <br /> Councilmen representing committee absent. <br /> 6.2 PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> Councilwoman representing committee absent. <br /> 6.3 SEWER COMMITTEE <br /> PIONEER CLUB PROBLEM <br /> Sewer backing up. Pioneet Club said the problem is due to the line <br /> being cut when the sewer constructed was put in. Engineers findings <br /> was that the line was not cut and the back up is due to debris. The <br /> debris found in the trench was concrete and that Hoffmans wasn't re- <br /> sponsible for that being in the trench, that it was old material. Lease <br /> stated it has cost the City $130.00 to investigate their problem and <br /> the City Engineer was satisfied it is and old problem and the Club <br /> should hook up to the City sewer. <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Schletty directing the Clerks <br /> office to write a letter to the Pioneer Club stating that <br /> the Engineers investigation shows there is no liability on <br /> the Cities part for their present sewer back up problem and <br /> that they should hook up to the City sewer system. <br />
