MOTION CARRIED 5.2 BUR-LAR. INC. MINING PERMIT RENEWAL MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to renew Bur-Lar Mining Permit with annual inspection fee in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) . VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle and Schletty. MOTION CARRIED 5.4 NOACK AUTO DISMANTLING JUNKYARD MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded to issue Auto Dismantling Junkyard License to Leonard M. Noack for one year. VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, and Schletty. MOTION CARRIED 6.1 ORDINANCE COMMITTEE Councilmen representing committee absent. 6.2 PLANNING COMMISSION Councilwoman representing committee absent. 6.3 SEWER COMMITTEE PIONEER CLUB PROBLEM Sewer backing up. Pioneet Club said the problem is due to the line being cut when the sewer constructed was put in. Engineers findings was that the line was not cut and the back up is due to debris. The debris found in the trench was concrete and that Hoffmans wasn't re- sponsible for that being in the trench, that it was old material. Lease stated it has cost the City $130.00 to investigate their problem and the City Engineer was satisfied it is and old problem and the Club should hook up to the City sewer. MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Schletty directing the Clerks office to write a letter to the Pioneer Club stating that the Engineers investigation shows there is no liability on the Cities part for their present sewer back up problem and that they should hook up to the City sewer system.
