Stray <br /> dogs picked up could be traced back to owners and kenneled at owners <br /> expense if licensed, otherwise kenneling would be at city expense. <br /> 6.7 ATTORNEY <br /> In compliance with the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission the <br /> following resolutions were proposed: <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded to adopt Resolution <br /> no. 1975-26 A RESOLUTION ABOLOSHING RESOLUTION NO. 1975-24 <br /> RELATING TO ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER USE RATES FOR PREMIS- <br /> ES SERVED BY THE SEWER SYSTEM, AS REQUIRED BY HUGO CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 262. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to adopt Resolution <br /> No. 1975-27 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER USE <br /> RATES FOR PREMISES SERVED BY THE SEWERAGE SYSTEM, AS RE- <br /> QUIRED BY HUGO CITY CODE CHAPTER 262. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> A copy of Resolution No. 1975-26 and 1975-27 are to be sent to Tom <br /> Creager, Metro Council by Clerks office. <br /> Attorney to finalize HUD contract with Mr. Gregory Murphy, auditor <br /> filling in appropriate blanks and give to Engineet to be forwarded <br /> to HUD. <br /> Attorney submitted report on Recovery of City Expenses from the <br /> White Bear Rod and Gun Club. <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded directing the Clerks <br /> office to review the Engineering and legal expenses occuid <br /> in 1974 and submit to Council at next meeting of the City <br /> Council on May 19, 1975. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Attorney submitted signed covenants from Donald C. Wenzel and <br /> Janet D. Wenzel, WHEREAS, Owners deem it necessary and desirable <br /> that said Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Traeger's Addition be, and hereafter <br /> continue to be, treated as a single parcel for ownership purposes. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded to grant the <br /> Application for Subdivision Variance to Donald C. <br /> and Janet D. Wenzel, a variance to permit construction <br /> of double garage and addition, to existing house, which <br /> will straddle boundary line between Lots 1 and 2. Attach <br /> map, Exhibit "A". <br />
