JUNE 2, 1975 MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br /> 103 <br /> TIME: 7:14 P.M. <br /> PRESENT: Lease, Leroux, Smith & Schletty <br /> ABSENT: LaValle <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> CORRECTIONS: <br /> 8.0 SIGN ON EVERTON AVENUE NORTH <br /> "North County Line of Hugo" should be "North County Line of <br /> Ramsey County: <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded, to approve minutes <br /> subject to corrections as stated. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith & Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS: <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, Schletty seconded to approve the <br /> General Claims of June 2, 1975. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith & Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Smith made motion, Schletty seconded to approve the <br /> Utility Claims of June 2, 1975. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith & Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUEST. COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> Mayor Lease read and signed an Official Proclamation designating <br /> June 27, 28, and 29 as GOOD NEIGHBOR DAYS sponsored by the Lions <br /> Club. <br /> 5.2 K.C. PLAZA PERMIT - INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br /> The fee had been received by the K.C. Plaza for a permit to <br /> allow consumption and display of intoxicating liquor which the <br /> Mayor issued. <br /> 5.1 PFINGSTEN - RE-DITCHING <br /> Mrs. C. Pfingsten stated her husband received permission from <br /> Engineer Kuusisto to plug the culvert. Kuusisto said no per- <br /> mission was given by him. Mrs. Pfingsten stated she wasn't present <br /> when the permission was given so she would not argue the issue. <br /> She stated that when they plugged the culvert they did not stop <br /> the flow only deverted the flow. Mrs. C. Pfingsten said she now <br /> has permission from the Rice Creek Water Shed to plug the culvert. <br /> Mayor Lease said Rice Creek does not thave the right to issue <br />
