Kuusisto stated that they were very <br /> careful that the road be put back the same as it was - there is <br /> no change in the culvert. Mayor Lease said it is up to the Rice <br /> Creek Water Shed to hold a Public Hearing as to what steps are <br /> next in this problem area. <br /> 5.3 LIONS CLUB <br /> MOTION: Smith made motion, Schletty seconded, to issue a <br /> Soft Drink License for a fee of $5.00 and a <br /> Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor "On Sale" License <br /> for a fee of $10.00 to the Hugo Lions Club to be <br /> used on the City Park Grounds on Good Neighbor <br /> Days, June 27, 28 and 29. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith & Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Lions Club requested permission to use the Fire Hall and <br /> City grounds. They have the approval of the Fire Chief. <br /> Representatives stated the Club has sufficient liability <br /> insurance coverage. Stated the money collected would be <br /> used for some worthwhile cause for the City of Hugo. <br /> I•ZOTION: Schletty made motion, Lease seconded to issue <br /> a Bingo Permit to the Hugo Lions Club to be used <br /> on Good Neighbor Days. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith & Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded to grant <br /> permission to the Hugo Lions Club to use <br /> the Fire Hall and City grounds for the Good <br /> Neighbor Days. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith & Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded to cash C.D. 3216 <br /> for $1795.00, #3453 for $3046.19 and #3557 for $3089.98 <br /> Revenue Sharing, to be placed in the General Fund . <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith & Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS & COMMITTEES <br /> 6.1 ORDIANCE COMMITTEE - No report. <br />
