JUNE 22 1975 .A <br /> J. <br /> PIONEER CLUB <br /> Letter sent to Attorney Mikeworth, no reply received to date. <br /> MOGREN -vs- CITY OF HUGO <br /> Answers to be prepared by Council and Clerk. <br /> HORTONvs CITY OF HUGO <br /> Answers to be prepared by City Council. <br /> 6.8 ENGINEER <br /> Engineer to look at roads again. Cost to restore roads <br /> was again discussed. Dust Control Program for 1975 <br /> should be reviewed in the Spring. Cost for 1975 would <br /> be 25¢/gallon, same cost rate as used in 1974. <br /> The White Bear Rod & Gun Club has contacted the Engineer <br /> and discussed the plans and specifications for constructing <br /> their private sewage disposal system. At this time, no <br /> further information has been received. <br /> HORSESHOE LAKE DRAINAGE <br /> A report regarding the Horseshoe Lake Drainage plan has <br /> been submitted to the City Council. The report included <br /> work on a drainage system to the north, including <br /> ditching and cleaning along 177th St. North. It is <br /> suggested that the preliminary report would be reviewed <br /> and if satisfactory would be submitted to the Rice Creek <br /> Water Shed District for their review. <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, Lease seconded,to have <br /> Engineer, Attorney and City Clerk draw up a <br /> petition to submit to the Rice Creek Water Shed <br /> for the Horseshoe Lake Program. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 7.0 ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> Dog Ordinance was discussed with no further information being <br /> offered for a solution. <br /> 6.9 CLERK <br /> Submitted letter from Mrs. Quimet stating the sewer <br /> construction caused the loss of her tree, by cutting the <br /> roots too close. Removal cast is $400.00 for the tree <br /> which she wants the City to pay. Complaint turned over <br /> to the Engineet. <br /> Letter submitted by NSP giving notice of cancellation of <br /> the existing contract for municipal water or sewer pumping <br /> service at the end of the existing term, as per jurisdiction <br /> of the Minnesota Public Service Commission. <br />
