JUNE 16, 1975 <br /> HORSESHOE LAKE <br /> Residents around Horseshoe Lake cane to the Council meeting <br /> voicing complaints of culvert being plugged and they as residents <br /> could not unplug the culvert. They felt it was up to the City <br /> to keep the culvert unplugged. Attorney stated that the City was <br /> following through on their legal suit and that was their responsibility <br /> Attorney and Engineer had prepared the petition to be sent to Rice <br /> Creek Watershed District. <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, Leroux seconded to instruct Attorney <br /> to send the petition to the Rice Creek Watershed for <br /> further handling of the Horseshoe Lake problem. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> SIGN REQUEST: P. Kamman requested a sign to be installed on Finley <br /> between 145 and 146 street, a sign noting Deaf Child. <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to have Schletty <br /> get a cost estimate on the installation of two signs <br /> and order two to be installed on Finley street. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Lease,Leroux and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 7.1 STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> A review ofthe sewered area will be taken Wednesday <br /> by Engineer, LaValle and Lease to determine what extent <br /> the improvements will be. <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to hold a <br /> Special Meeting on June 18, at 3:30 P.M. to act on <br /> the street improvement program. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> If storm sewer is to be put in in the area of 150th and <br /> Foxhill the residents there will be assessed without another <br /> Public Hearing. <br /> 8.0 NEW BUSINESS <br /> DAY CARE CENTER <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by LaValle to instruct <br /> the Planning Commission to not have the Public <br /> Hearing on the Day Care Center. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
