JUNE 16, 1975 119 MOTION: LaValle made motion to have Clerks office get costs on assessing, County versus a part time assessor, if Hugo were to hire one and the costs will be discussed at the next meeting. Leroux seconded. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux and Schletty. MOTION CARRIED 5.6 INDYKIEWICZ MINING PERMIT RENEWAL There is a line fence problem, Indykiewicz to maintain one half of fence. Indykiewicz should provide a planned program of excavation. He presently has many different excavations with no apparent plan in mind. MOTION: LaValle made motion, Leroux seconded, to postpone revewing of the Indykiewicz Mining Permit until the meeting of July 7. Clerks office to notify party requesting a planned excavation and to contact City Engineer regarding plan and also the fence problem. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux and Schletty. MOTION CARRIED 5.7 FISCHER MINING PERMIT RENEWAL There has been no activity but engineering will inspect land for ponding agter the heavy rains. There is no current letter of credit. One will have to be on file before any activity can occur in pit. MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded to accept the $650.00 inspection fee and bond for the renewal of the Fischer Mining Permit but renewal will not be granted until the letter of credit, $3,000.00 is received and Clerks office is to n6tify them as such. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux and Schletty. MOTION CARRIED 5.8 TILTON APPLICATION S. Tilton stated would like to build a secondary building. Has had three horses for some 10-11 years. He lives on (five) acres. MOTION: Schletty made motion, Leroux seconded to grant a Variance to build a secondary building before a principle building at 11899 Homestead Drive, Royal Haven Estates 2, Lot 2 and not to house more than three (3) horses.
