JULY 219 1975 !� Copies of the Resolution 1975-29 to be sent to the Washington County Commissioners and Ramsey County. 6.2 AMEND ZONING ORDINANCE - MOToa. .VEHICLE SALES Planning Commission held a Public Hearing with no comments regarding amending Zoning Ordinance to include car lots. Attorney Johnson was instructed by Mayor Lease to draw up a resolution to amend the zoning ordinance to permit motor vehicle sales in Retail Business by Special Use Permit only. 6.3 DOG ORDINANCE Attorney Johnson to meet with the Ordiance Committee at their next meeting to make the final draft of the Dog Ordinance. DISCUSSION: Lease suggested some kind of identification at a minimal fee of $1 .00 to $2.00. Police to be Wardens. Clerk stated in prior years, they had a bullentin-board listing the dogs that were picked up and notified owner. Lease called recess at 9:56. Meeting called back to order at 10:15. 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS 7.1 DEAF CHILD SIGN Schletty got a cost estimate on the proposed signs to be installed, at $100.00. After talking to the Washington County Highway Department, it was determined that the sign would provide false security for a handicapped child and that their effectiveness would be equal to that of a CAUTION sign, asign that could be used in different areas and are printed. While trying to install the CAUTION sign, the County was told by the people that requested the sign that they did not want that one installed. NOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded, to retract the Motion made on June 16, 1975 a motion to install tow signs to be installed on Finley Street. VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. MOTION CARRIED 7.3 OPEN MEETING LAW Attorneys recommendations are the same. MOTION: LaValle made motion, Smith seconded to extend the meeting beyond 11 :00 PM. VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith & Schletty. MOTION CARRIED
