JULY 21 , 1975 <br /> FISCHER MINING PERMIT RENEWAL <br /> Fischer letter of credit has been received so Clerks office <br /> will issue the renewal permit. <br /> SECRETARY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> Leroux and Spitzer, Chairman Planning Commission, reviewed <br /> applications and presented three to the Council. Leroux <br /> recommended Mary Jane Babcock. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Leroux seconded to hire <br /> Mary Jane Babcock as Planning Commission Secretary <br /> for $2.75 an hour. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> EXPERIMENTAL SEWER SYSTEM <br /> Robert A. Anderson requested permission from the City Council <br /> for an experimental disposal system for his home on <br /> 5.3 acre tract on Goodview Ave. as designed by Mr. R. E. <br /> Machiner Resource Engineering and Water Waste Consultant. <br /> Building Inspector Crever referred the matter to Engineer <br /> Kuusisto for his approval. Forms for an agreement between <br /> the City and Robert A. Anderson holding the City of Hugo <br /> harmless of any liability were reviewed by Attorney Johnson <br /> with suggested changes. Boring and ground water table <br /> elevation would be presented to the City Engineer. <br /> PETITION FOR RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Leroux seconded to adopt <br /> Resolution 1975-30 A Petition for an improvement <br /> project for level control for Horseshoe Lake. <br /> LaValle also instructed the Mayor and City Clerk to <br /> sign the Petition and forward a certified copy to <br /> the Board of Commissioners of the Rice Creek <br /> Watershed District for proceedings. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Leroux made motion, Smith seconded to adjourn <br /> meeting at 12:55. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Rob-eft E.
