JULY 21 , 1975 R <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 8.2 SUPIER OPERATOR <br /> MOTION: Schletty instructed the Clerks office to <br /> advertise for a qualified sewer operator, <br /> part-time or full-time in the usual newspapers <br /> Lease seconded the motion. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith & Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 9.0 MISCELLANEOUS <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to issue <br /> JOHN MOORE a sewer hook up permit for x$20.50 <br /> plus $915.00 ($515.00 residential equivalent <br /> charge and $400.00 for water) . <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith & Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK - DRAINAGE PROBLEM <br /> Clerk read letter from James W. Parrish, Starmold who <br /> was inquiring as to who is resuonsible for the drainage <br /> problem in the Park. Council said it was not a City <br /> problem but the developers problem, Grace Development <br /> Company. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Lease seconded directing <br /> the Clerks office to write the Starmold Company <br /> asking them to contact the Grace Development <br /> Company regarding their problem. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MUGG BOND <br /> Clerk read letter from Mr. James Mugg requesting the <br /> City Council waive the required $10,000.00 bond for the <br /> road, as he stated the road is near completion. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Smith seconded instructing <br /> the Clerks office to write James Mugg requesting <br /> the $$10,000.00 Road Bond. The Bond is a guarantee <br /> on the road not the building of it. He has thirty <br /> (30) days to have the Bond into City Hall. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith & Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
