AUGUST 4, 1975 <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Smith, Schletty and Leroux <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.11 TREE INSPECTOR <br /> Dutch Elm Disease - 69 trees marked - 35 removed. <br /> 6.12 ARTHUR ROMER - CERTIFICATION OF ASSESSOR <br /> Attorney Johnson stated that he went over contract from <br /> County and he will go over it with Burkard to fill it out. <br /> Lease called recess at 9:00 <br /> Meeting called back to order at 9:22. <br /> 7.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> 7.1 ORDINANCE FOR MOTOR VEHICLE SALES <br /> MOTION: Smith made resolution, seconded by Leroux, to adopt <br /> Ordinance No. 123 an Ordinance amending Chapter 320 <br /> of the Hugo City Code, entitled "Zoning" <br /> VOTING FOR: Smith, Schletty, Leroux and Lease <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 8.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 8.1 ROBERT A. ANDERSON SEPTIC TANK <br /> MOTION: Motion made by Smith, seconded by Schletty, that <br /> the Robert A and Kathleen Anderson Plans be accepted <br /> with the appropriate signatures and it shall be <br /> recorded at the County Registar of Deeds. <br /> VOTING FOR: Smith, Schletty, Lease and Leroux <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 8.2 PIG FEED LOT INSPECTION (JERRY MOE) <br /> Lease stated that the pigs are gone and Mr. Moe has spread <br /> the manure. Smith said that he made an on-site irB pection <br /> of the property and Moe had told him the PCA has been out <br /> and had made the following suggestions which he plans to <br /> carry out: 1 . Spread manure; 2. Make Apron. Mr. Moe <br /> plans to cement prior to bringing in more pigs. <br /> 8.3 P. KAMMAN - DEAF CHILD SIGN <br /> Schletty reported that the City could obtain two "Deaf Child <br /> Signs" for the following prices: ° 82.00 with posts or <br /> $48.00 without posts for two. <br /> The Kammans were asked how long they would intend to leave <br /> the signs up. They replied until the child is more aware <br /> of his handicap. <br />
