AUGUST 18, 1975 <br /> DELAYED CONNECTION CHARGE FOR SWER cont. <br /> of securing the permit for connection after said twelve month <br /> period. Do to the high water table, it was requested by <br /> the Clerks office for the Council to consider extending <br /> the penalty time for six months, March 1 , 1976 instead of <br /> November 20, 1975. Lease asked Clerk and attorney to <br /> check into the matter. <br /> CETA PROGRAM <br /> Smith stated that the City of Hugo would be eligible for <br /> another CETA funded person. The program is extended through <br /> June 30, 1976. Engineer Kuusisto was asked to write a <br /> Job Description for a Sewer Operator Class S-C and <br /> report back to Council on September 2, 1975. <br /> 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> STREET AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br /> Attorney Johnson after reviewing the Improvement Program <br /> 1975-1 suggested extending the time for withdrawing a bid <br /> from 30 to 45 days. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Smith seconded to advertise <br /> for sealed bids to be received by the City of <br /> Hugo until Thursday 2:00 P:M. ; September 18, <br /> 1975 for the 1975 Street & Storm Sewer Improvement. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> PALME SEWER PROBLEM <br /> LaValle stated no bills have been submitted to the bonding <br /> company as the bill from Hood Incorporated has not been <br /> received yet. Hood is waiting for the bill from the firm <br /> that did the dewatering before submitting their claim to the <br /> City. <br /> WHITE BEAR ROD AND GUN CLUB: <br /> Conditions being questioned by the City Council: <br /> 1 . Sanitary Sewer System - verbal approval from the Minnesota Dept. <br /> of Health has been received by the Engineer. Corrected copies <br /> made by engineer, are to be sent to the Dept. of Health. <br /> 2. Engineering, legal and the Study of the National <br /> Biocentricts fees amounting to x$3,413.00. City questioned <br /> when they could expect payment. Club President Perron <br /> stated they will take care of the costs. <br /> 3. Before a Certificate of Occupancy can be issued, all <br /> requirements have to be met and a final inspection by <br /> the Building Inspector has to be made. <br />
