SEPTEMBER 2, 1975 17 9 <br /> 6.8 ENGINEER CONT. <br /> STREET AND STOR1.1 SEWER PROJECT: To date, ten (10) plan <br /> holders have been received - bids will be received by <br /> the City Council on September 18, 1975 at 2:00 P.M. <br /> HUD GRANT: The final inspection has been completed by <br /> Mr. J. Telfer of HUD. The clean-up list has been <br /> completed, with the exception of a few items including <br /> the material to be removed east of the Pioneer Club on <br /> the easement location. The Contractor has been notified <br /> of this clean-up. Area has accumulated more debris <br /> since the last inspection. Hoffmans will probably remove <br /> burnt trees and Pioneer Club the remainder. <br /> BALD EAG_ INDUSTRIAL PARK: The Bald Eagle Industrial Park <br /> sani ary sewer and rough grading has been completed, except <br /> that Grace Development has not completed the street grading. <br /> The Development Corporation contacted the City Engineet <br /> and requested that any grading of street work on their <br /> part would be delayed to 1975. Rough grading has been <br /> completed, but the drainage facilities have not been <br /> installed. <br /> WHITE BEAR ROD AND GUN CLUB: Private Sewage disposal <br /> system - new plans and specification have been reviewed <br /> and corrections submitted to the tlhite Bear Rod and Gun <br /> Club. Engineet has been informed by Carley Engineering <br /> that corrections would be resubmitted to the Department <br /> of Health for their records. The Engineet and Council <br /> have been notified that the work would be according to <br /> the corrected plans and specifications. <br /> PIONEER CLUB - Council extending Nuisance Abate Notice <br /> until September 15, 1975 and that Gerald Waste should be <br /> notified as such through the Clerks office also suggesting <br /> to him that No Dumping signs should be posted as people <br /> are still hauling in trees. Some of the trees have Dutch <br /> Elm desease. <br /> CAUTION SIGN AT SMITH POINT - Letter received from <br /> Mrs. Marie Rolph requesting Washington County to install <br /> some type of "caution" sign at the Smith Point exit to <br /> Everton Avenue. After discussion by Council it was determined <br /> that this request should be asked of Ramsey County and that <br /> the Clerks office should notify Mrs. Rolph of such. <br /> 1976 BUDGET - Clerk requested budget in by September 15, 1975. <br /> Recess called at 9:00 returned at 9:18 P.M. <br /> 9.0 WHITE BEAR ROD & GUN CLUB RENEWAL OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT: <br /> Clerk Burkard read letter from J. L. Perron, President of the <br /> White Bear Rod & Gun Club requesting a ten (10) month extension <br /> of Item #2 of the Special Use Permit to July 1 , 1976. <br />
