UUTUBER b, 11J-15 <br />6.2 PLANRTING COMMITTEE - A Public Hearing will be held for <br />re -zoning for Grangers Body Shop & DX service from Concentrated <br />Business to Industrial Use - manufacturing limited. <br />Lee Stewart re: Used Car Lot - Tabled. <br />J. Moe re -zoning instead of conservancy to agricultural <br />committee suggested changing to RR 2. <br />6.3 SEWER COMMITTEE - Clerk met with bonding company re: Palme <br />problem and settlement is to be soon. <br />Storm sewers - Rice Creek Watershed District approved the <br />permit submitted with the following stipulations: <br />1. A suitable inverted baffle be installed at the storm <br />sewer inlet from the City Hall parking lot. <br />2. Suitable pollution control structure be installed between. <br />the fill outlet and the north end of Egg Lake. <br />Copy of the permit to be sent to the DNR. <br />6.4 BUILDING INSPECTOR - 4 new homes, 1 remodel, 3 garages and 1 <br />commercial and 2 pole buildings. <br />Inspector wrote LarRetti notifying him that no building permit <br />was issued and that there are certain requirements that will <br />have to be met as it is located in the Industrial zoning. <br />He also stated he has enrolled in a building inspection class. <br />6.6 POLICE CHIEF - Patrol incidents for the month 1,021. Car <br />mileage for month 5,427 to date 51,990. <br />6.7 ATTORNEY REPORT - Mugg Bond reviewed and some deficiencies were <br />found, letter sent to Mr. Mugg requesting corrected Bond. <br />ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT <br />MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded to have <br />Mayor and Clerk execute an agreement between the City <br />of Hugo and the County of Washington, State of <br />Minnesota to acquire the services of the County of <br />Washington, under the provisions of Minnesota Statute <br />471.59 and Minnesota Statute 273.072 to provide for the <br />assessment of the property in said City of Hugo by <br />the Washington County Assessor for a term of one (1) <br />year at a cost not to exceed One Thousand Four <br />Hundred Dollars 01,400.00). <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Schletty. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER "SEVER SYSTEM" <br />MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded to adopt <br />Ordinance No. 124 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 262 <br />Of The Hugo City Code, Entitiled, "Sewer System" <br />To Extend The Time Limit For Connection To The Sanitary <br />Sewer System, Reference To The Minnesota Plumbing Code <br />
