OCTOBER 6, 1975 `� <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER "SEWER SYSTEM" <br />MOTION: And Clarifying Insurance And Permit Requirements, <br />subject to the following changes: <br />1. Insert before In Section 262-7, Subd. F and <br />Subd. G. <br />2. Extended date to April 1, 1976. <br />3. Delete September for adoption date and publish ed <br />date. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Schletty. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />MOTION: LaValle made motion, Lease seconded to purchase a <br />circular chart recorder complete with totalizer aryl <br />indicator, purge meter, and air supply pump for <br />measuring flow through a 3" Parshall flume from Trai-b r <br />Court for sanitary sewer from Davco, Inc., St. Paul, <br />Minnesota, for a sum of $19500.00. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, and Schletty. <br />Engineer Kuusisto said approximate installation charge would <br />be $700.00. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />6.9 CLERK <br />RESOLUTION 1975-38 LEVY <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to adopt <br />Resolution 1975-38 A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING ANNUAL <br />LEVY TO COUNTY AUDICR, General :78,934.39, Oustside <br />limitation $19,914.80. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Schletty. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />CETA — Job description for sewer operator has been approved <br />by the CETA program. <br />Leroux and Deputy Clerk to attend meeting October 9, 1975 <br />on recent election laws. <br />BIDS ON HOOK UP TO SANITARY SWER TO CITY HALL <br />Three bids were read and reviewed by Engineer Kuusisto. <br />MOTION: Schletty made motion, Leroux seconded to accept the low <br />bid from LaValle Excavating Company for $570.00 with <br />Clerks office asking for the following four requirements: <br />
