NQd EI11BER 39 1975 <br />OFF SALE LIQUOR LICENSE - N. NITTI TRANSFER FROM TRAEGERS <br />MOTION: Smith made motion, Schletty seconded to approve the <br />transfer of Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor, On Sale <br />Intoxicating Liquor, On Sale Sunday Liquor, Cigarettes <br />License and Soft Drink License from Traegers to Nick <br />Nitti, for a total amount of $155.99 for the month of <br />December 1975. <br />Mayor Lease asked Mr. Nitti if he was acting as owner and operator <br />of the establishment. <br />Mr. Nitti said he was acting as himself, as owner and operator. <br />Mayor Lease asked Mr. Nitti if there were any contingencies in the <br />sale. <br />Mr. Nitti said there were no contingencies. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />5.1 CUSTOM ELECTRONICS SYSTEMS <br />2.'L3 i <br />A representative from Custom Electronics presented his <br />viewpoint regarding the bill sent to the Fire Department. <br />In his determination, he felt the fire department was <br />responsible for the damage to the cable. He said that in <br />stapling the cable they cut into the jacket of the cable. <br />Said his firm was to deliver only and not install but <br />would help the department in installing. Chief K. Granger <br />questioned who was responsible for the problem but said <br />that if the firm said the fire department was in error, <br />they would accept the responsibility for the payment of the <br />repair bill. <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded that the Fire Department <br />accept the responsibility of the X0474.50 repair bill, and <br />the bill would be paid. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />Mayor Lease called recess at 8:10 P.M. <br />Public Hearing was called at 8:11 P.M, Clerk Burkard read the <br />published notice of Public Hearing 1atermain Improvement Project <br />No. 75-2 City of Hugo, Minnesota. <br />Engineer Kuusisto explained the reason why the City wanted the <br />watermain in but actual assessable amount had not yet been determined. <br />Mayor Lease explained that he would like a one time hookup and then <br />assessed when the party hooks up. <br />
