Council feels the City of Hugo <br />will make no further concession. <br />Mogren, et al -v -Hugo --Order was issued to Quash Petition, and a <br />Motion to amend has been set for Hearing on December 17, 1975. <br />LaValle-v-Bayless-v-Hugo--Judgement was entered in favor of the <br />City and Motion for New Trial will be heard December 5, 1975. <br />6.8 ENGINEER <br />Everton Avenue and Elmcrest are scheduled for 1976 improvement. <br />Fill material could be hauled in from the street improvement <br />project site. Engineer to write a change order for Elmcrest - <br />hauling would be $.40 cu yd. Everton would be no extra charge. <br />Contractor would spread and City would do the grading. <br />6.4 BUILDING INSPECTOR - Upon successful completion of.current course <br />he has enrolled in, City Council will reimburse the tuition fees, <br />and mileage. <br />6.9 CLERK <br />LaValle sewer installer for City Hall, billed the City $87.12 <br />for the second connection, which they were unaware of when they <br />submitted their bid for the hook up. <br />
