DECEMBER 19 1975 <br />MOTION: Lease made motion Schletty seconded to pay the additional <br />fee of 887.12 to LaValle Excavating for the sewer hook up. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux and Schletty. <br />ABSTAIN: LaValle <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />Traffic signs: Schletty to get a cost on installing signs on <br />Everton Avenue North, Ethan to Elmcrest. <br />Beisang: Letter from Grant Township agreeing on a mutual <br />reciprocal road agreement with the City of HAgo. <br />Lease called recess at 9:15 resumed at 9:30 P.M. <br />7.0 ORDINANCE - AMENDING CHAPTER 262 <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, Schletty seconded adopting <br />Ordinance No. 126 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 262 <br />OF THE HUGO CITY CODE, ENTITLED, "SEWER .SYSTEM" TO <br />EXTEND THE TIME LIMIT FOR CONNECTION TO THE SANITARY <br />SEWER SYSTEM, REFERENCE TO THE MINNESOTA PLUMBING CODE, <br />TO CLARIFY INSURANCE AND PERMIT REQUIREMENTS, AND DESIGNATE <br />WORK THAT MUST BE PERFOR1.1ED BY LICENSED PLUMBERS. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Schletty. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />8.1 SIGNED UTILITY EASE14ENT AGREEMENTS - Mayor Lease signed the four <br />agreements. <br />9.0 NEW BUSINESS <br />Mr. Darrell Jacobson, 6364 -165th. St., Hugo requested lighting <br />at 170th and Highway 61 and 165th and Highway 61. He recently <br />lost his son in an accident at the intersection and said <br />further lighting would prevent more accidents. <br />Lease said prior requests .have been turned down by the County <br />and State to install signs at these two intersections, said <br />residents could install their own security light. <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, Schletty -eeconded to have Clerks <br />Office write Chuck Swanson, County Engineer, requesting <br />lights on 170th and Forest Boulevard. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, and Schletty. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, Schletty seconded to have Clerks Office <br />write District 9 Office, No. St. Paul requesting a light <br />be installed at 165th and Forest Boulevard. <br />
