<br /> PRESENT: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith, and Schletty.
<br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, Leroux seconded to correct minutes
<br /> of January 19, 1976 meeting as follows; Page 1 , 4.0
<br /> bottom paragraph should read Mayor Lease referred letter
<br /> from HUD concerning the audit to the City Clerk and
<br /> Engineer. Page 4, 7.1 motion should be changed to approve
<br /> Variance Application for Jerry Moe instead of James D.
<br /> Johnson. Also Voting for: Smith's name should be deleted
<br /> and recorded as voting against. Page 5, 7.1 motion, Smith's
<br /> should also be deleted as voting for and should be recorded
<br /> as voting against.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith, and Schletty.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Leroux seconded to approve minutes
<br /> of January 22, 1976 special meeting.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith, and Schletty.

<br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
<br /> MOTION: LaValle, made motion seconded by Schletty, to approve
<br /> the General Claims of February 2, 1976.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith, and Schletty.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Smith to approve Utility
<br /> Claims for February 2, 1976.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith, and Schletty.

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUESTS. COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES
<br /> 5.1 BARTH - VARIANCE EXTENSION REQUEST
<br /> Friend who is sharing Barth's workshop is unable to close deal
<br /> on home he is purchasing for ninety days so Barth is asking for
<br /> two month extension until friend moves permanently.
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Leroux, to grant Robert
<br /> Barth an extension of sixty days, from March 1 , 1976
<br /> to May 1 , 1976, to allow intensification of his cabinet
<br /> making hobby at his residence at 13317 Homestead Avenue.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith, and Schletty.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 5.2 L. DURAINE - SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR REMOVAL OF AGGREGATE
<br /> 5.3 R. SCHUH - MINING PERMIT
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Leroux, to table matter
<br /> until April 5, 1976 meeting so a road profile, site
<br /> distance and soil study can bu made of the haul route.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Schletty, and Smith.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 5.4 K. SCHOTL - RE: CONSTABLE - DIDN't APPEAR
<br /> 5.5 INDYKIEWICZ - MINING PERMIT RENEWAL
<br /> LaValle felt permit should be renewed for 3 or 4 months so that
<br /> it would be renewed in summer so site can be examined. Feels all
<br /> minimg permits should be realigned to be renewed in summer.
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by LaValle, to extend Indy-
<br /> kiewicz minimg permit until June 1 , 1976.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> Upon further examination of permit, discovered not due for renewal
<br /> until July 6, 1976.
