Construction is proposed for earliest possible <br /> date. Engineer requested to look in to it. <br /> LaMetti-Attorney has necessary information from building inspector <br /> and will take action immediately. <br /> Jerry Moe - regarding covenants - sent their attorney report of <br /> what is necessary - hasn't had reply - doesn't know status. <br /> Manuel Peloquin's road - sent deed back to Peloquin's attorney <br /> for clarification. <br /> . 6.9 ENGINEER <br /> Item 5-HUD grant has been turned over to Mr. John Telfer of HUD <br /> and he indicated will act on it. <br /> Bald Eagle Industrial Park-have studied plat revisions and drain- <br /> age plan in detail. <br /> Harold Branstedt - storm sewer drainage would probably account <br /> for i to 4/10" or less of rise in liquid in Egg Lake. Does not <br /> take into account outlet which would tend to reduce amount. In- <br /> structed Engineer to notify Mr. Bramstedt of findings. <br /> 6.10CLERK <br /> Presented bill from Maurice Carlson to Vern Peloquin for $420.50 <br /> for back hoe operator trying to locate sewer stub for Vern Peloquin <br /> supposedly ten feet down.
