<br /> PRESENT: Lease, LaValle, Smith, and Schletty. Leroux arrived 7:12 P.M.
<br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br /> MOTION: Smith made motion, Schletty seconded to approve minutes
<br /> of February 2, 1976 meeting.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith, and Schletty.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Smith seconded to approve minutes
<br /> of special Febuary 4, 1976 meeting.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Schletty, and Smith.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve
<br /> the General Claims of February 17, 1976.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Schetty, to approve Utility
<br /> Claims for February 17, 1976.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith, and Schletty.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> BID OPENING FOR NEW POLICE SQUAD
<br /> Clerk read Notice for Bids.
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Smith, to close the bid
<br /> opening.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Schletty, and Smith.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> Received one bid from McMillan Dodge, Forest Lake for $3,617.70
<br /> with trade, for a '76 Dodge Monaco 4 dr. police car-included bid
<br /> bond of $180.89 - no other bids received.
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty to table matter
<br /> until next meeting pending review by police chief, City
<br /> Attorney and City Engineer.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Schletty, and Smith.

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUESTS. COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES
<br /> ON SALE LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER FROM WILLIAM GUSE
<br /> No action taken as appliction was received late and was incomplete.
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by LaValle to table matter
<br /> of license transfer from William Guse until March 1 , 1976
<br /> City Council meeting.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Schletty and Smith.

<br /> Jerry -erron and Attorney Jack Wallace appeared Wallace presented
<br /> nineteen page prepared sworn statement concerning facts relevant
<br /> to tree planting condition of Special Use Permit. Wallace feels
<br /> trees already planted does not, in fact, meet requirements of permit
<br /> but feels that technically meet requirements-token plantings
