<br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br /> CORRECTION: Page 5 regarding bid change for squad; 360 to 400
<br /> cubic inch carb to engine with 4 barrel carb.
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, Leroux seconded to approve the
<br /> minutes of March 1 , 1976 with correction.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Smith, Leroux, and Schletty.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Leroux seconded to approve the
<br /> General Claims of March 15, 1976.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith, and Schletty.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, Schletty seconded to approve the
<br /> Utility Claims of March 15, 1976.

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUESTS. COMMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES
<br /> MOBILE HOME PERMIT RENEWAL - G. MIRON
<br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, Smith seconded to renew mobile
<br /> home permit for George T. Miron, 15250 Homestead Ave. ,
<br /> No. under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision D for
<br /> ninety days.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith, and Schletty.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 5.1 WRITE'_BEAR.RDD & GUN CLUB
<br /> Three letters were submitted to the Council verifying that
<br /> Item 2 of the Special Use Permit, planting of trees was not
<br /> fulfilled by the gun club.
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded to submit the
<br /> three letters from Harold F. Bramstedt, Howard W.
<br /> Schletty and Theodora R. Peltier to be entered into
<br /> the minutes of the City Council thereby making them
<br /> part of the official records.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith, and Schletty.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> Letter submitted by Bramstedt complaining of the noise also
<br /> should be accepted as a complaint and referred to the attorney
<br /> stated Councilman Smith.
<br /> The opinion as submitted by Attorney Johnson on September 18,
<br /> 1975 on Item 2 is as follows:
<br /> "By failure to complete the tree planting by June 1 , 1975,
<br /> and by failure to seek and obtain a Variance for extension
<br /> of time beyond June 1 , 1975, for completion of the planting,
<br /> the Special Use Permit became null and void as of June 1 , 1975."
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded to accept the opinion
<br /> of the City Attorney and notify the White Bear Rod &
<br /> Gun Club to apply for a new Special Use Permit to
<br /> re-negotiate Item 2 only. Per minutes of May 3, 1976.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty.
