00 MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded to grant a Special <br /> Use Permit to L. Duraine for the removal of the stockpile <br /> only according to the provisions outlined. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith, Schletty, and LaValle. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Provisions to include: <br /> 1 . Special Use Permit issued for the stockpiling and hauling <br /> of existing gravel, in accordance with the plans submitted, <br /> and any deviations from these plans shall require an amendment <br /> to this Special Use Permit. <br /> 2. All existing trees and natural vegetation bordering the pit <br /> area shall be left undisturbed. <br /> 3. All top soil in the pit area shall be stockpiled, and at <br /> the time the operation is completed, the top soil shall <br /> be replaced and seeded to grass cover. <br /> 4. Sewer facilities shall be of the portable, chemical holding <br /> tank type. <br /> 5. Bond in the amount of $5,000.00 shall be posted. <br /> 6. Special Use Permit shall expire on June 1 , 1977. <br /> R. SCHUH - MINING PERMIT <br /> Attorney submitted conditions which should be complied with for <br /> the application for a mining permit. <br /> Several suggestions were made by the Council. The Engineer is <br /> to complete his investigation of the previous holder of the <br /> mining application, M. Rehbein and have report completed by <br /> April 5, 1976, next Council meeting. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded to table the <br /> mining application by R. Schuh to April 5, 1976. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.3 BRUCE HOULE - INSURANCE - did not appear. <br /> 5.4 PETE PETERSON - OAK SHORE PARK - ROAD PROBLEM <br /> Residents were informed by engineer that their area was the <br /> top priority areas for road maintenance. The question involved <br /> is how much and to what extent the maintenace program should <br /> involve. With the thought of a sanitary sewer eventually be <br /> installed in the area, costs should be considered on a minimum <br /> view. Mayor Lease suggested a committee be formed a coundil <br /> member, engineer a two members from Oak Shore Park for repres- <br /> entation on the program. <br /> Recess was called at 10:00 resumed at 10:15 P.M. <br /> 5.5 NANCY BRAMSTEDT RE: NEIL BUSHMAN. 6074 N. EGG LAKE RD <br /> Mrs. Bramstedt stated the Bushman property had several junk <br /> cars on the property and wanted to know if this was in violation <br /> to Hugo's Ordinance. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Smith seconded to have the Police <br /> Department investigate and verify as to how many <br /> vehicles, licensed or unlicensed, are on the property <br /> and issue an abate notice if in violation of Hugo's <br /> nuisance ordinance. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith, and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />
