<br /> MOTION: Smith made motion, seconded by Schletty to delay the approval
<br /> of the minutes of the April 5, 1976 meeting until the next
<br /> council meeting.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith and Schletty.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Smith to approve the minutes
<br /> of the April 5, 1976 meeting with one exception, the approval
<br /> of minutes.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith and Schletty.

<br /> MOTION: Lease rade motion, seconded by Schletty to approve the Gen-
<br /> eral Claims of April 19, 1976.

<br /> MOTION: Smith made motion, seconded by Leroux, to approve the Utility
<br /> Claims of April 19, 1976.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith and Schletty.

<br /> MOTION: Smith made motion, seconded by Schletty to disallow the
<br /> six claims made by people in Hugo for damages done to their
<br /> automobiles by bad roads in Hugo.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Schletty and Smith.

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUESTS. COMMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES
<br /> 5.1 LAnnvibw LIQUOR APPLICATION
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Smith to grant an off-sale
<br /> non-intoxicating liquor, an on sale non-intoxicating liquor,
<br /> a soft drink, a Games of Skill license and a cigarette license
<br /> in the amount of $104.31 to Lakeview Inn.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Schletty, and Smith.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Smith to grant a cigarette
<br /> and soft drink license to LaRoche's cafe in the amount of
<br /> $13.50.

<br /> A & W ROOT BEER APPLICATIONS
<br /> MOTION: Leroux made motion, seconded by Schletty, to grant a cig-

<br /> amount of $13.00.

<br /> MOBILE HOME PERMIT RENEWAL - ROBERT MC CLCUD
<br /> MOTION: Leroux made motion, seconded by Lease, to renew a temporary
<br /> mobile home permit for Robert McCloud, 9627 122nd Street
<br /> North, under Hugo Code, Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision
<br /> D, for ninety days at a fee of $10.00.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Schletty and Smith.

<br /> MOBILE HOME PERMIT RENEWAL - JAMES D. JOHNSON
