The Construction is along the east side of Ingersoll <br /> about 6' west of east P.L. northerly to north side of 157th <br /> Street. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Smith, to approve Job Order <br /> 31263, of the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company to place <br /> buried cable on Homestead Avenue North, south of 137th <br /> Street, north to 137th Street, along the east side varying <br /> from 10' to 14' west of the east right of way. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Smith, to refer Job Orders <br /> 31295, 31268, 31330,and 31341 of the Northwestern Bell Tele- <br /> phone Company to either Washington County or to the state <br /> of Minnesota as all lines are within either county or state <br /> right of way. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> DON TAUER <br /> Residents are concerned that the home on Ingersoll Avenue owned by <br /> Don Tauer will be rented as two rental units. Council advised that <br /> only one rental unit would be allowed. <br /> ROBERT RICCI - EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER <br /> Attorney advised easement not properly notarized and agreement is <br /> not filled in the amount agreed on. It is unrecordable. Clerk notified <br /> to return to him advising him it is not acceptable because it is not <br /> notarized. <br /> AG LIME FOR BALL DIAMONDS <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Schletty to allot $300 for <br /> AG lime for use on the ball diamonds at the Hugo City Park <br /> and at the Withrow School alloting $200 for the City Park <br /> and $100 at Withrow. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> TRAEGER'S ADDITION <br /> Attorney advised contacting Ed Waugh to ascertain when plat will be <br /> recorded. Clerk instructed to notify Mr. Waugh it must be recorded <br /> no later than June 1 , 1976. <br /> E BRBREEN #2 AND #3 <br /> Clerk instructed to make certain City has copy of Vail's bond for <br /> Evergreen #2 and #3. <br /> RAY PELTIER - WATER PROBLEM <br /> City has received complaint from Ray Peltier that they have an un- <br /> natural source of seepage into their basement. Engineer advises that <br /> it should be determined if there is a main leak before the road is <br /> paved. In the meantime, the fire department ahould be cautioned ag- <br /> ainst washing the fire trucks in the front of thefire hall. <br /> JOSEPH GR GOIRE <br /> Inspection by the building inspector determined septic system installed <br /> does not come up to code-has been notified wants extension of time- <br /> been busy planting and hasn't had time to install aa.new system Clerk <br />
