] AY 17, 1976 E ..'. 5.4 INSURANCE REVIEW Mr. Jim Morrissey introduced Dale Hadtrath of Tran3continental Brokers of Minneapolis who made an insurance proposal presentation. Paul Curtis, of the Builke Agency, White Bear Lake, introduced Mr. Gordon Buelke who made a presentation showing current and proposed coverage - their Engineer made appraisal of all city property - current coverage is $133,750 - propose $215,750.00 as replacement cost coverage. Bruce Houle of the First Bank Agency, Hugo, who currently insures the City of Hugo also made an insurance review proposal. Matter to be further discussed at the annual Board of Review meeting on Thursday, May 20th. MEETING RECESSED 9:05 P.M. - RECONVENED 9:25 P.M. 6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS 6.1 AMENDMENT TO JUNKYARD LICENSE ORDINANCE MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Schletty, to pass Ordinance #1976-129, Amending Chapter 130 of the Hugo City Code, Entitled "Junkyards and Auto Dismantling Yards, Section 130-4 entitled "License Fee" as follows: After $ insert 50.00. VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Schletty and Smith MOTION CARRIED 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS 7.1 JOSEPH GREGOIRE - BUILDING INSPECTOR REPORT No report available - tabled until next meeting 7.2 BURNING PERMIT REVIEW - BY ATTORNEY Attorney discussed matter with fire chief - Hugo has still been under jurisdiction of DNR rather than PCA since they were unaware Hugo has fire department - Hugo now falls under PCA jurisdiction - limit- ed through PCA's Bob Myers 296-7300. Attorney directed to draft an amendment to the Burning Ordinance. MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Smith, to inform Mr. Thomas Pogreba that the fence he intends to build must be constructed on his own property between the City right- of way and his west property line, at his own expense. VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. MOTION CARRIED SHEPHERD OF THE FIELDS LUTHERAN CHURCH MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Smith to allow $600 toward road construction for the Shepherd of the Fields Lutheran Church project. VOTING FOR: Schletty VOTING AGAINST: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, and Smith. NATION FAILED MOTION: Leese made motion, seconded by LaValle, to extend the water service to Shepherd of the Fields Lutheran Church at a cost not to exceed $2200.00. VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. MOTION CARRIED MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Smith, to direct the City Engineer to provide a design for the extension of water to Shepherd of the Fields Lugheran Church, Project #1976-1 .
