City Administrator, City Engineer or City Maintenance Supervisor, <br />that individual shall notify the Mayor and City Council as soon as <br />is reasonably possible of the exemption which has been granted. <br />180-4 Violation. <br />Any person violating the provisions of this Chapter shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
