ORDINANCE 89-259. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY <br />CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING <br />DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. <br />The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, <br />hereby ordains: <br />The zoning classification of the real property described as <br />follows, to -wit: <br />That part of Government Lot 1, Section 31, T31N, R21W, Washington County, <br />Minnesota, commencing at the northwest corner of Gov't Lot 1; thence north <br />89 degrees 36 minutes 34 seconds East, assumed bearing along the north <br />line of Gov't Lot 1, a distance of 532.50 feet to the center line of <br />Elmcrest Ave. North and the point of beginning of the parcel to be <br />described; thence continuing north 89 degrees 36 minutes 34 seconds east, <br />along said north line, a distance of 941.41 feet to the northeast corner <br />of Gov't Lot 1; thence south 0 degrees 40 minutes 04 seconds east, along <br />the east line of government Lot 1, a distance of 288.00 feet; thence south <br />89 degrees 36 minutes 34 seconds west, parallel with the north line of- <br />government <br />fgovernment Lot 1, a distance of 1077.97 feet to the center line of <br />Elmcrest Ave. North; thence northerly, along said center line, a distance <br />of 319.65 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to Elmcrest Ave. North <br />and 129th St. No. Subject to and together with any other valid easements, <br />restrictions and reservations. <br />-hall be changed from its existing classification in the Conservancy <br />)istrict to a classification in the Rural Residential 2 (RR2) District. <br />The official zoning map on file in the office of the city clerk <br />shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in zoning distict <br />boundaries and the changes in the zoning district classification for the <br />above described property as set forth in this Ordinance. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE.
