AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION 11:City of Hugo ORDINANCE 89-259 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP- TER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMEND- ING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSI_ FICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The zoning classification of the real property described as follows, to -wit: That part of Government Lot 1, Section 31, T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, commencing at the north- west corner of Gov't Lot 1; thence north 89 degrees 36 minutes 34 seconds east, assumed bearing along the north line of Gov't Lot 1, a distance of 532.50 feet to the center line of Elmcrest Ave. North and the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence continuing north 89 degrees 36 minutes 34 seconds east, along said north line, a distance of 941.41 feet to the northeast corner of Gov't Lot 1; thence south 0 degrees 40 minutes 04 seconds east, along the east line of gov- ernment Lot 1, a distance of 288.0 feet; thence south 89 degrees 36 minutes 34 seconds west, parallel with the north line of government Lot 1, a distance of 1077.97 feet to the center line of Elmcrest Ave. North; thence northerly, along said center line, a distance of 319.65 feet to the point of beginning. Sub- ject to Elmcrest Ave. North and 129th St. No. Subject to and together with any other valid easements, restrictions and reservations. shall be changed from its existing classi- fication in the Conservancy District to a classification in the Rural Residential 2 (RR2) District. The official zoning map on file in the office of the city clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in zoning district boundaries and the changes in the zoning district classifica- tion for the above described property as set forth in this Ordinance.
