AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />11:City of Hugo <br />ORDINANCE 89-259 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP- <br />TER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE <br />ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMEND- <br />ING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSI_ <br />FICATION OF THE DESCRIBED <br />REAL PROPERTY. <br />The City Council of the City of Hugo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, hereby <br />ordains: <br />The zoning classification of the real <br />property described as follows, to -wit: <br />That part of Government Lot 1, Section <br />31, T31N, R21W, Washington County, <br />Minnesota, commencing at the north- <br />west corner of Gov't Lot 1; thence north <br />89 degrees 36 minutes 34 seconds east, <br />assumed bearing along the north line of <br />Gov't Lot 1, a distance of 532.50 feet to <br />the center line of Elmcrest Ave. North <br />and the point of beginning of the parcel <br />to be described; thence continuing north <br />89 degrees 36 minutes 34 seconds east, <br />along said north line, a distance of 941.41 <br />feet to the northeast corner of Gov't Lot <br />1; thence south 0 degrees 40 minutes 04 <br />seconds east, along the east line of gov- <br />ernment Lot 1, a distance of 288.0 feet; <br />thence south 89 degrees 36 minutes 34 <br />seconds west, parallel with the north <br />line of government Lot 1, a distance of <br />1077.97 feet to the center line of <br />Elmcrest Ave. North; thence northerly, <br />along said center line, a distance of <br />319.65 feet to the point of beginning. Sub- <br />ject to Elmcrest Ave. North and 129th <br />St. No. Subject to and together with any <br />other valid easements, restrictions and <br />reservations. <br />shall be changed from its existing classi- <br />fication in the Conservancy District to a <br />classification in the Rural Residential 2 <br />(RR2) District. <br />The official zoning map on file in the <br />office of the city clerk shall be corrected <br />and amended to show the changes in <br />zoning district boundaries and the <br />changes in the zoning district classifica- <br />tion for the above described property as <br />set forth in this Ordinance. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE.
