, ORDINANCE 89-256 AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE LOCATION, DESIGN, INSTALLATION, USE AND MAINTENANCE, REQUIRING PERMITS AND INSPECTION OF INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS WITHIN THE CITY OF HUGO. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, ordains as follows: 1 . ADOPTION - The attached document , entitled "CHAPTER 263 - INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS" is adopted by this reference, and shall ' � govern all applications for individual sewage treatment systems filed with the City after it' s effective date. 2. REPEAL - Existing Chapter 262 Article II , Sections 25-38 of the Hugo City Code, entitled "ON-SITE SEWER SYSTEMS" is hereby repealed , PROVIDED, HOWEVER, all applications for individual sewage treatment systems pending prior to the effective date shall be governed by the provisions thereof until the later of : a) rejection of the application ; b) granting of the application ; c ) completion by applicant of all obligations undertaken pursuant thereto; and d ) final disposition of any litigation pertaining to any such application or contractural relationship established thereunder. . EFFECTIVE' DATE This Ordinance shall be effective upon adoption by the City and publication as required by law. 4. CITY CODE' - At it ' s effective date, this Ordinance shall be incorporated in the Hugo City Code.
