SECTION 3 . CONSTRUCTION TIMETABLE <br /> A. Within ninety ( 90 ) days after the effective date of the <br /> Franchise, Grantee shall apply for all necessary permits, <br /> licenses , certificates and authorizations which are required <br /> in the conduct of its business , including, but not limited <br /> to, any joint use attachment agreements, microwave carrier <br /> licenses , or any other permits , licenses and authorizations <br /> to be granted by duly constituted regulatory agencies having <br /> jurisdiction over the operation of cable communication <br /> systems, or their associated microwave transmission <br /> facilities . <br /> B. Within ninety ( 90 ) days after obtaining all necessary <br /> permits , licenses , certificates and authorizations , Grantee <br /> shall give written notice thereof to City and commence <br /> construction and installation of System. Grantee shall <br /> construct all areas of the initial service area which contain <br /> dwelling units by September 15 , 1989 , so that persons along <br /> the route of the energized cable will have individual Drops <br /> as desired during the same period of time. <br /> C . Any delays in the construction timetable or commencement of <br /> construction may result in penalties as provided in this <br /> Franchise, and continued delays may result in the termination <br /> of this Franchise and all rights and privileges of Grantee <br /> hereunder. <br /> ( 1 ) Grantee shall promptly notify City in writing of all <br /> delays known or anticipated in the construction of <br /> System. <br /> 26 <br />
