( 2 ) City may extend the time for beginning construction or <br /> may extend the construction timetable. <br /> SECTION 4 . CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS <br /> A. Grantee shall not open or disturb the surface of any Street, <br /> Sidewalk, or Public Property without first obtaining a permit <br /> from City for which permit City may impose a fee to be paid <br /> by Grantee. Grantee ' s plans for the location of pedestals <br /> shall be prepared in consultation with the City. The lines , <br /> conduits , cables and other property placed in the Streets, <br /> Public , or private Property pursuant to such permit shall be <br /> located in such part of the Street, Public, or private <br /> Property as shall be determined by City. Grantee shall, upon <br /> completion of any work requiring the opening of any Streets, <br /> Public, or private Property, restore the same, including the <br /> pavement and its grounds to as good a condition as <br /> immediately prior to construction and in a manner and quality <br /> approved by City, and shall exercise reasonable care to <br /> maintain the same thereafter in good condition. Such work <br /> shall be performed with diligence and due care, and if <br /> Grantee shall fail to perform the work promptly after <br /> particular notice of the deficiency, to remove all dirt and <br /> rubbish or to put the Street, Public, or private Property <br /> back into the condition required hereby, City shall have the <br /> right after ten ( 10) business days notice to Grantee to put <br /> the Streets, Public, or private Property back into the <br /> condition required hereby at the expense of Grantee.
