ARTICLE XIII . <br /> ADMINISTRATION AND ADVISORY BODY <br /> SECTION 1 . ADMINISTRATION <br /> The City' s chief administrative officer or such other person <br /> or persons as designated by the City shall be responsible for the <br /> continuing administration of this Franchise. The administrator of <br /> this Franchise may be changed by City from time to time by written <br /> notice given to Grantee. <br /> SECTION 2 . ADVISORY BODY <br /> City may appoint an advisory body to monitor the performance <br /> of Grantee in executing and performing the provisions of this <br /> Franchise . The advisory body shall perform all functions required <br /> of it by the Council and applicable laws , ordinances , rules and <br /> regulations . <br /> SECTION 3 . DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY BY CITY <br /> A. City reserves the right to delegate and redelegate from time <br /> to time any of its rights or obligations under this Franchise <br /> to any body or organization. <br /> B. Any delegation by City shall be effective upon written notice <br /> by City to Grantee of such delegation. <br /> C . Upon receipt of notice by Grantee of City' s delegation, <br /> Grantee shall be bound by all terms and conditions of this <br /> delegation not in conflict with this Franchise . <br /> D. Any such delegation, revocation or redelegation, no matter <br /> how often made, shall not be deemed an amendment to this <br /> Franchise or require any consent of Grantee . <br /> 64 <br /> AA <br />
