!FP <br /> ARTICLE XIV. <br /> EXTENDED SYSTEM, ACCEPTANCE, INCORPORATION <br /> OF OFFERING, EXHIBITS, PUBLICATION <br /> SECTION 1 . EXTENDED SYSTEM <br /> A. The System intended for City is an extension of Grantee ' s <br /> system which serves the Ramsey/Washington Franchise Area . <br /> Any sale or transfer of the Ramsey/Washington Franchise Area <br /> system shall also include the System in City. <br /> SECTION 2 . TIME OF ACCEPTANCE; GUARANTEE; INCORPORATION OF <br /> OFFERING; EXHIBITS <br /> A. Grantee shall have thirty ( 30 ) days from the effective date <br /> of this ordinance to accept this Franchise in a form and <br /> substance acceptable to City. In no event will acceptance <br /> occur later than said thirty ( 30 ) days after the effective <br /> date of this Franchise, unless the time for acceptance is <br /> extended by City. Such acceptance by Grantee shall be deemed <br /> the grant of this Franchise for all purposes . <br /> B. Upon acceptance of this Franchise, Grantee shall be bound by <br /> all the terms and conditions contained herein. Grantee shall <br /> provide all services and offerings specifically set forth in <br /> the Offering to provide cable communication service within <br /> City and other cities included in or a part of the extended <br /> system; and, by its acceptance of this Franchise, Grantee <br /> specifically agrees that the Offering of Grantee, including <br /> all promises, offers , representations and inducements <br /> 65 <br />
