ti <br />to the manufacture or transportation of intoxicating <br />liquors. <br />Subd. C. Manufacturer of Beer. Who is a manufacturer <br />of beer or who is interested in the control of any <br />place where beer is manufactured. <br />Subd. D. Alien. Who is an alien. <br />Subd. E. Bad Moral Character. Who is not of good <br />moral character. <br />Subd. F. Federal Retail Liquor Dealer. Who is or, <br />during the period of th si license, becomes the holder <br />of a Federal retail liquor dealer's special tax stamp <br />for the sale of intoxicating liquor at any place <br />unless there has also been issued to him a local <br />license to sell intoxicating liquor at such place. <br />Subd. G. Non -Proprietor. Who is not the proprietor <br />of the establishment for which the license is issued. <br />Section 9. PLACES INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE. The following <br />limitations shall apply to the eligibility for license pursuant to <br />this Ordinance: <br />Subd. A. Prior Conviction. No license shall be granted <br />for sale on any premises where a licensee has been <br />convicted of the violation of this ordinance, or of the <br />state beer or liquor law, or where any license here- <br />under has been revoked for cause until one year has <br />elapsed after such conviction or revocation. <br />Subd. B. Time in Business. No "on sale" license shall <br />be granted for a business or club which has not been <br />in operation and eligible to receive a license for <br />at least six months immediately preceding the appli- <br />cation for a license. <br />Section 10. CONDITIONS OF LICENSE. Every license shall be <br />granted subject to the conditions in the following subdivisions and <br />all other provisions of this ordinance and of any other applicable <br />ordinance of the Village or state law. <br />Subd. A. Posting of License. All licensed premises <br />shall have the license posted in a conspicuous place <br />at all times. <br />Subd. B. Minor Sales. No <br />to any intoxicated person <br />years of age. <br />beer shall be sold or served <br />or to any person under 21 <br />
