Who is or, during the period of th si license, becomes the holder of a Federal retail liquor dealer's special tax stamp for the sale of intoxicating liquor at any place unless there has also been issued to him a local license to sell intoxicating liquor at such place. Subd. G. Non -Proprietor. Who is not the proprietor of the establishment for which the license is issued. Section 9. PLACES INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE. The following limitations shall apply to the eligibility for license pursuant to this Ordinance: Subd. A. Prior Conviction. No license shall be granted for sale on any premises where a licensee has been convicted of the violation of this ordinance, or of the state beer or liquor law, or where any license here- under has been revoked for cause until one year has elapsed after such conviction or revocation. Subd. B. Time in Business. No "on sale" license shall be granted for a business or club which has not been in operation and eligible to receive a license for at least six months immediately preceding the appli- cation for a license. Section 10. CONDITIONS OF LICENSE. Every license shall be granted subject to the conditions in the following subdivisions and all other provisions of this ordinance and of any other applicable ordinance of the Village or state law. Subd. A. Posting of License. All licensed premises shall have the license posted in a conspicuous place at all times. Subd. B. Minor Sales.
