K. In 402, immediately following "notice" and immediately <br />preceding "of" insert, <br />--to the permit holder -- <br />And delete "has not been repaired within a reasonable <br />time, and not less than two weeks," and insert in lieu <br />thereof, <br />--is not immediately repaired, -- <br />L. In Section 5, add the following subdivision, <br />-503 A continuing nuisance shall be a valid basis <br />for termination of the permit. -- <br />M. In 602 (3), delete in its entirety, and insert in <br />lieu thereof, <br />--Names of adjacent landowners including all those <br />within one-half (h) mile of the boundary of the <br />land described where the mining shall occur. -- <br />N.
