<br /> AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 20 OF
<br /> THE HUGO CITY CODE,ENTITLED,
<br /> "ADMINISTRATION," TO PROVIDE newspaper known as the Forest Lake Times, and has full knowledge of
<br /> FOR APPOINTMENT OF
<br /> PROFESSIONALS.
<br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, the facts which are stated below:
<br /> Washington County, Minnesota, hereby
<br /> ordains:
<br /> 1.Add Section 20-20,entitled,"Appoint- (A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements con-
<br /> ment of Professionals"as follows:
<br /> "Section 20-20. Appointment of Profes-
