<br /> Washington County, Minnesota, hereby
<br /> ordains:
<br /> 220-1.PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS.

<br /> Subd.B.Definitions.For the purpose
<br /> of these regulations the terms shall have newspaper known as the Forest Lake Times, and has full knowledge of
<br /> the meanings given them:
<br /> (1)Public Park.The term"public park"
<br /> shall mean a parcel of land in the City of the facts which are stated below:

<br /> trolled by the City and dedicated or

<br /> pass through or on any public park in the
<br /> City of Hugo between the hours of 12:00 ed on Thursday, the 13th day of September
<br /> midnight and 6:00 o'clock a.m.
<br /> 220-3.POSTING OF HOURS.The City
<br /> may cause the limitation of hours of 1984 , and was thereafter printed and published on every Thurs-
<br /> usage to be posted on each or any public
<br /> park, but the failure to so post,or the
<br /> failure to replace defaced or damagedUi

<br /> Special Permit for any applicant, that

<br /> 220-5. PENALTIES. Any person who
<br /> shall violate the usage regulations
<br /> herein set forth relating to public parks,
<br /> shall upon conviction thereof be guilty of

<br /> 220-6. SEPARABILITY. Every see- day of September , 1984-
<br /> tion,
<br /> g84tion,provision or part of this Chapter is
<br /> declared separable from every other
<br /> section,part of provision;and if any sec-
<br /> tion, part of provision hereof shall be
<br /> held invalid,it shall not affect any other
<br /> section,part or provsion.
<br /> 220-7. EFFECTIVE DATE. This NotaryPubIi
<br /> regulation shall be effective from and
<br /> after its date of adoption and publication •
<br /> according to law.
