ORDINANCE 184 �j yyr s r "Kvio U f/t`(; 21 19 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING V f-I V E Copy81 <br /> CHAPTER 290 OF THE HUGO CITY <br /> CODE s NTITLED "SUBDIVISION" <br /> AMENDING' CERTAIN FEE - <br /> SCHEDULES AND ESTABLISHING A _ <br /> CC3T RECOVERY PROCEDURE FOR <br /> THE CITY. <br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, STATE OF M I N N E S O T A <br /> Washington County,Minnesota, hereby SS <br /> ordains: <br /> 1.In Section 290-3,Subdivision A (4), COUNTY OF Washington <br /> entitled"Platting Procedure",delete all <br /> and insert the following: Duane A Rasmussen,being duly sworn,on oath says he is and during all the times herein stated has been the publisher <br /> (4)Prior to consideration of the propos- and printer of the newspaper known as the Forest Lake Times and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows <br /> ed plan by the community authorities, <br /> the subdivider shall pay a fee as set forth <br /> belo .
