shall be required where (a) any off-street <br /> parking areathanparking <br /> g contains more six (6) p rking <br /> spaces and is within thirty (30) feet on <br /> adjoining residential zone, and (b) where the <br /> driveway to a parking area of more than six (6) <br /> parking spaces is within fifteen (15) feet of <br /> an adjoining residential zone. <br /> ii. All exterior storage shall be screened. The <br /> exterior storage screening required shall consist <br /> of a solid fence or wall not less than five (5) <br /> feet high, but shall not extend within fifteen <br /> (15) feet of any street, driveway, or lot line. <br /> iii. Sidewalks shall be provided from parking areas, <br /> loading zones, and recreation areas to the <br /> entrances of the building. <br /> iv. Swimming pools or other intensive recreation <br /> shall not be placed within 15 feet of <br /> the nearest property line. <br /> D. Solid waste disposal provisions and facilities must <br /> meet the requirements of the City Engineering <br /> Department, City Health Department, <br /> E. Storm drainage plan shall meet the requirements <br /> of the City Engineering Department. <br /> F. Fire fighting and other public safety facilities <br /> shall meet the requirements of the City Fire, <br /> Police, and Utilities Departments. <br /> G. Data pertaining to numbers of dwelling units, <br /> and sizes , shall show consistency to other <br /> requirements of this Ordinance, proper planning <br /> procedures, and good engineering practice. <br /> H. Exterior Wall Materials and Design Information. <br /> i. Design information shall meet standards set <br /> forth in the Building Code and current City <br /> Engineering standrads. <br /> ii. Each vertical exterior surface shall have a <br /> finished appearance and shall be constructed <br /> of standard external finished siding material. <br /> I. The contour topographic map shall conform to City <br /> Engineering standards . <br />
