<br /> the letter received from MAPSI, Hugo is accepting the
<br /> services of MAPSI. He should use their services only in
<br /> cases of extreme emergencies, only after all other efforts
<br /> have failed.

<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Leroux, to have Clerk
<br /> send Gordon Russett a letter informing him that as long as
<br /> his mobile home is unoccupied and for sale that he doesn't
<br /> need to apply for any more permits and no further fees are
<br /> required.

<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Schletty, to place an ad
<br /> in the Peach advertising for dust control, limited to re-
<br /> sidents of Hugo only. Permit will cost $20, will oil 12'
<br /> wide strip 150' long. Checks must be made payable to City
<br /> of Hugo. A minimum of thirty applications must be received
<br /> or money will be refunded.

<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Smith to approve Resolu-
<br /> tion No. 1976-46, a resolution including the elected and
<br /> appointed officials, as defined in Minnesota statutes
<br /> 176.011 , Subd 9, Para. 5, of the City of Hugo, under the
<br /> coverage of the Workmen's Compensation Act while they
<br /> are engaged in City Business.
