JULY 6,1976 MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCILS <br /> TIITE: 7:06 P.M. <br /> PRESENT: Lease, LaValle and Leroux <br /> ABSENT: Schletty and Smith. <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Leroux, to approve the minutes <br /> of the June 24, 1976 meeting after changing John Jackson <br /> to James Fure on page 4 and changing the word extension <br /> to hook-up regarding Husnik on page 4. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle and Leroux. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Leroux, to approve the <br /> minutes of the special meeting of June 30, 1976. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle and Leroux. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Leroux, to approve the <br /> General Claims of July 6, 1976 after deleting Item #4 - <br /> Washington County Highway Department - which will be approved <br /> at a later date, and changing Item 16 to read $240.00 in- <br /> stead of $280.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle and Leroux. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Leroux, to approve the <br /> Utility Claims of July 6, 1976. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, and Leroux. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUESTS. COMMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES <br /> MOBILE HOME PERMIT RENEWAL - ROBERT MCCLOUD <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by LaValle, to approve the <br /> application of Robert McCloud for renewal of a mobile <br /> home permit for ninety days, under Chapter 40, Article <br /> III, Subdivision D. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, and Leroux. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOBILE HOME PERMIT RENEWAL RECONSIDERATION - JOSEPH GREGOIRE <br /> Gregoire stated he thought it was agreed upon that he had a year <br /> to have a trailer on his property - then review would be made - <br /> has installed a new septic system, telephone and electric - in view <br /> of expenses feels it is unreasonable to deny renewal after ninety <br /> days. Leroux said she didn't attend meeting where approval was <br /> first given and didn't realize it was with the understanding that <br /> it would be reviewed in one year. Mayor Lease stated there is no <br /> guarantee that a mobile home can remain on property for an indefenite <br /> period of time, that is why there is a renewal every ninety days <br /> for an evaluation of present conditions. <br /> MOTION: Leroux made motion, seconded by Lease, for reconsideration <br /> of denial of the mobile home permit renewal for Joseph Gregoire <br /> that was passed on June 24, 1976, as she was one of the persons <br /> voting for the denial. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, and Leroux. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by LaValle, to approve the <br /> renewal of the mobile home permit for Joseph Gregoire, <br /> under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision D, for ninety <br /> days. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, and Leroux. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
