<br /> PRESENT: Lease, Smith, Schletty, LaValle, and Leroux
<br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br /> Page 3 - Vern Peloquin will not take care of the snowplowing. City
<br /> will take care of snowplowing.
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve
<br /> minutes of the October 18, 1976 meeting with the
<br /> above change.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Smith, Schletty, LaValle, and Leroux
<br /> MCTION CARRIED
<br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF GENERAL CLAIMS
<br /> Leroux made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the general
<br /> claims as presented.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Smith, Schletty, LaValle, and Leroux
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> APPROVAL OF UTILITY CLAIMS
<br /> Leroux made motion, seconded by LaValle, to approve the utility
<br /> claims as presented. Also approved LaValle Excavating claim final
<br /> payment of $583.92, Watermain Improvement 75-2.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Smith, Schletty, LaValle, and Leroux

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUESTS. COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES
<br /> Lease made motion, seconded by LaValle, to grant a license for the
<br /> collection of garbage and rubbish to Bellaire Sanitation for a fee
<br /> of $50.00 under Chapter 120 of the Hugo City Code.

<br /> OFF SALE LICENSES
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Leroux, to approve the Off
<br /> Sale Intoxicating Liquor to Eugene Peltier, Countryside Center,
<br /> 17205 Forest Blvd. , Hugo.

<br /> MOTION: Smith made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the Off
<br /> Sale Intoxicating Liquor license to Robert Ricci, Ricci's
<br /> Saloon, 14777 N. Forest Blvd. , Hugo.
