No permit had <br /> been issued to Vail for the dumping. Mr. Brevig stated <br /> part of the dumping is being done on his property, and <br /> people are now using as a road. Councilman LaValle <br /> said the easement would have to be found and some form of <br /> barriers erected. The easement will still be owned by <br /> Brevig, but the city would have to notify him of any <br /> action that would be taken. Tom Fast and Marvin LaValle <br /> will check on easement. <br /> 9.0 MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Howard Kuusisto's engineering bill for work on Shepherd of the <br /> Fields was broken down into what was owed by the city, Vern Peloquin, <br /> and Shepherd of the Fields. <br /> City - $98.00 <br /> Peloquin - $506.00 <br /> Shepherd of the Fields - $1 ,055.35 <br /> Mr. Kuusisto will sumit an adjusted invoice to clarify payments due. <br /> Councilman LaValle stated that the city will have to absorb some costs, <br /> because we did commit ourselves. <br /> Schletty noted that there is a car parked on Ingersoll Avenue in <br /> front of Joe Card's house that has been there for some time. Clerk <br /> instructed to notify police. <br /> Schletty will contact principal of Hugo Elementary School in regards <br /> to the stop sign at Foxhill and 148th.
