<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the minutes of
<br /> December 20, 1976, after the above change is made.

<br /> meeting of December 29, 1976.

<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld to approve the general claims of

<br /> 5.1 McCLOUD — Mobile Home Permit Renewal
<br /> MOTION: Motion made by Schletty, seconded by Spitzer, to grant a renewal
<br /> for the Mobile Home Permit to Robert McCloud, 9627 — 122nd Street North,
<br /> under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision D. for a period of ninety
<br /> days at a fee of $10.00.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Spitzer, Irsfeld, and Vail. MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 5.2 A & W Miniature Golf Course: Review of Special Use Permit
<br /> Owners of golf course do not intend to supply a lighting system for this summer.
<br /> When they do plan iris�a__!a.: .�:�, i�f�' will have to submit a whole new plan.
<br /> The owners are haveing difficulty getting an easement to hookup to the storm
<br /> sewer. They now have a bond in the amount of $2500.00 for drainage that will
<br /> expire January 15, 1977.
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to amend the Special
<br /> Use Permit to delete Item #2 (lighting shall be installed in accordance
<br /> with the plan presented to the Planning Commission and in no instance
<br /> shall illumination exceed 5 foot candles at the exterior of the golf
<br /> course. Installation of required lighting shall be completed by
<br /> Jan 15, 1977, at which time the Special Use Permit will be re—
<br /> viewed , and that we retain the bond for one year in the amount of
<br /> $ 2000.00. Drainage will be reviewed in one year.

<br /> 5.3 Zoning Requests — Myers, Grace Development, Peloquin and MallinAer
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, that zoning requests be
<br /> tabled until more information can be obtained from Bill Schwab.

<br /> 6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES
<br /> .1 Ordinance Committe — No Report
<br /> 6.2 Planning Commission — No Report
<br /> 6.3 Building Inspector — Mr. Crever submitted his written report.
<br /> 6.4 Fire Chief — No Report
<br /> 6.5 Police Chief — written report was submitted, Mr. Barth will hold off
<br /> on the Reserve Program. Will be presented at a later date.
<br /> 6.6 Attorney — Mr. Johnson submitted his written report. Manuel Peloquin
<br /> Road deed cannot be accepted until the mortgage companies have signed the
<br /> document.
<br /> Mutual Aid Agreement — Mr. Johnson has several concerns. 1 — care has to be
<br /> taken to make sure Hugo has enough equipment within the city that will satisfy
<br /> the underwriters. 2 — Failure to respond to a call (no liability). 3 — In the
<br /> course of putting out a fire, more damage is caused than the fire, and 4— the
<br /> effect of death or injury while out of the community (should be reviewed with
<br /> insurance agent). These matters should be discussed with Hugo's Fire Chief,
<br /> and the chief from Forest Lake because agreement is different from the one
<br />
